Delivery services

Our deliveries will be carried out by the postal services through the SEDEX and PAC modalities and by partner carriers through Fedex and Rodonaves.
The receipt of the goods may be carried out by third parties, such as family members, porters, the most responsible person, as long as they assume the receipt by signing the receipt.
Three delivery attempts will be made, on consecutive business days, after the third attempt, the merchandise will be pending for 7 (seven) days at the distribution centers for the removal of the merchandise. After this period, if the withdrawal is not made, the goods will automatically be returned to our distribution center.
Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday during business hours.
We inform that there may be delays in deliveries due to holidays, stoppages, etc. Our delivery times vary from 4 (four) to 16 (sixteen) working days depending on the state. The release of the goods will be counted after the confirmation of your registration and payment data, and the analysis of the registration data may take up to two business days.
